Neo-contemporary world cuisine lands in the Orlando culinary scene with the re-imagined Hemisphere restaurant on the ninth floor of Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport. A whimsical departure from Orlando airport restaurants, Hemisphere offers dramatic runway views from a glass wall and a stylish atmosphere with light woods and an art installation of paper airplanes.

Reopened after a $3 million renovation, the newest restaurant at Orlando airport offers a menu that infuses international flavors and seasonal local ingredients. Led by Executive Chef Jeffery Powell, the culinary team offers a global food experience that includes Moroccan-inspired Lamb Chops, Grilled Gulf Prawns, and a Wagyu Grass-Fed Beef Burger. Gather with friends to enjoy dishes designed for sharing and chef-inspired flights.

Enhancing the gastronomy is an impressive collection of wines and cocktails from each hemisphere. Wine cuvees are filled with 16 varietals from different regions around the globe. Wine Flights rotate daily so diners can select a direction to travel. Hemisphere also offers monthly wine dinners and seasonal brunches.
